Messaage from Marc Dall'Era, MD Mar 30
Summary:
Overall your PET CT looks good and treatment options for the prostate cancer include surgery to remove or some form of radiation.\

Apr. 6 - Tom set up a conference call with Dall'Era,. Although I have an agressive strain of prostrate cancer, it has probable been in my prostrate for some time and it is OK to wait for my appointments with urilogy and oncology at toward the end of May to make a decision.
They are leaning toward recommended hormone treatment and possible radiation followed by surgery and further evaluation then.
THey are sending me a "tempest" blood test kit.

Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) at UCDAVIS HEALTH
UCDAVIS HEALTH sent me this when they scheduled me for what they called the "Tempus" blood test after our Apr 6 Conference Call. It looks like Tempus is the organization who performs the analysis in the GUNS procedure Tom referred to in in our Conference call summary. I got lost in the acronym fog somewhere along the way.
