On first reading, without any help from Google and AI, I was really worried, but after further research, I feel much better and hopeful. My summarized interpretation, after getting help from AI for each phrase that was worrisome: 1. It seems likely to me that they'll remove the prostate due to the amount of cancer in there, but the report seems to indicate zero to small sign that there's metastisis. 2. The only lymph node that appears to have a tiny (possible) sign of cancer is in the rectal area, but the lymph node is still very small, so there may not be cancer in that lymph node. They could biopsy it, but my reading of AI's explanation is that they may not biopsy it right now. Sounds like they may simply choose to monitor that area and watch for change. Obviously I know nothing about this and probably shouldn't have given my interpretation of the report, but since my interpretation is on the hopeful end of the spectrum, I'm sharing it. :)
