1909 - Ed and Dr. Etta Farmer purchase the property
1922 - The Farmers sell their house and grocery store to Jake Obexer
      and made their garage/workshop into a home.
1961 - Jean and Sandy McBride bought the property from
      Orpha Farmer (Ed's 2nd wife) a friend of Jean's mother.
1966-1972 My friends and I went up to ski on weekends. Homewood was still a summer resort area so there was no water. See my blog.
1981 - Added a living room, upstairs bedroom and half bath to the front of the house.
1989 - Added a bedroom and porch onto the back and made the
old bedroom into a full bath and laundry room in the hall.
199? - Remodeled the kitchen/dining room
2014 - A 150+ foot tree landed on the cabin. 2015-16 We raised the roof on the cabin and added bedrooms upstairs

2017 Started renting with AirBnB

Rates in Summer and Winter range from $375-$425 a night.
Off season rates are around $200 a night.
Hollidays can be $600/night.
